Today, I overslept and was late getting to the office.
I got up at 8:50 this morning. Usually, my job start at 9:00. I arrived in my office at 9:45.
Our office has a super-flexible time system. A super-flexible time system means the flexible time system without core times. I like this system. Because even if I oversleep, I am not late. I have been helped many times by this system up to now.

Hi Mariko,
When my company had a flex system, my core time was from 10 to 4. Then, sometimes my friends and I left the office at 4 to enjoy tea-time. By the way, I think your homestay was very wonderful.I envy!
